In the meantime, we also designed the corresponding information management system, using first normal form and third normal form mixed database design mode, using dynamic generated static web page as the front-end user interface, to ensure the stability and security of the system, as far as possible to reduce the waiting time for system access, improve the efficiency of implementation. Abstract

Government WeChat matrix, which has played an important role in the openness of government affairs, public opinion supervision and public services, is one of the main forms of e-government in contemporary China. We took prefecture-level city WeChat public account as the core research object, analyzed the matrix operation mode of government affairs WeChat public account, and proposed a star matrix model. 政务微信公众号运营的矩阵模式及相关信息系统研究
政务微信矩阵是当代中国电子政务的主要形式之一,在政务公开、舆论监督和公共服务等方面发挥了重要作用。我们以地级市微信公众号为核心研究对象,分析政务微信公众号的矩阵式运营模式,提出星型矩阵模型。同时,我们还设计了相应的信息管理系统,采用第一范式和第三范式混合的数据库设计模式,采用动态生成的静态网页作为前端用户界面,保证了系统的稳定性和安全性,尽可能的减少了系统访问的等待时间,提高了实现效率。本文提出的矩阵结构构建和信息系统实现方法,对相关领域的研究具有一定的参考价值。
