Mixed research designs of both quantitative and qualitative methods were adopted. Descriptive survey design involving quantitative and qualitative research methods were applied. Sample population for data and information collection was 163 employees. Stratified random sampling was used to select the participants while county information coordinators were identified through purposeful sampling technique. Data was analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences and the information presented in form of tables, charts, graphs and percentages. Main effect of information management practices in the county governments was improved service delivery and functioning of public administration.
