Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that after the application of Web-based E-Learning blogs on the football learning outcomes of VIII Junior high school of SMP Negeri 9 Lubuklinggau, it was significantly completed. The average student learning outcomes of the experimental class were 80.38, after being analyzed using the formula (z test) it showed that the value was > (6.35 > 1.64) so it could be concluded that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. So it can be concluded that the average learning outcomes of Class XI students of SMK Negeri 2 Tugumulyo after implementing Web-based E-Learning blogs are more than or equal to 75. 摘要:本研究旨在探讨采用基于Web Blog的E - learning学习媒体后，卢巴克灵高中学八年级学生学习成果的完备性。本研究采用准实验研究方法。使用测试的研究数据收集技术。本研究的设计采用了前测后测一组设计的设计模式，因为本设计没有使用控制类。基于本研究的结果，可以得出基于web的E-Learning博客应用于Lubuklinggau SMP Negeri 9初中足球学习成果后，效果显著。实验班学生的平均学习成绩为80.38，经公式(z检验)分析，其值>(6.35 > 1.64)，因此可以得出H0被拒绝，Ha被接受的结论。(: ????0≥75)。关键词:网络学习，学习成果，博客。
