Abstract
Rectennas operating on 10 GHz with high RF-DC conversion efficiency of 75% were studied in this paper. The circularly polarized quasi-square patches fed by aperture coupling were used as the receiving antennas, which were integrated and matched to the circuits of rectenna easily.
