Abstract
We design a single nanoparticle trapping device by using an ultrahigh Q/V bow-tie shaped photonic crystal nanobeam cavity, which can efficiently trapping 3 nm radius nanoparticles with a maximum trapping force of 6.48 × 104 pN/mW.
