SPECIFICS OF ECONOMIC SECURITY MANAGEMENT IN A MEDICAL ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The study is devoted to the mechanism of economic security management in a medical organization. The strategic approach to the definition of economic security management is highlighted and the content of economic security management is clarified as a directed impact on all stages of achieving economic security of an economic entity through planning, organization, coordination, motivation and control. Based on the assessment of the external and internal working conditions of the medical organization, the key success factors, weaknesses, threats to economic security are identified and the directions for improving the efficiency of economic security management are determined, taking into account the specifics of the medical organization.
