Among them, technological transformation investment is an important factor affecting the operating results and cash flow of enterprises. Most domestic power grid enterprises rely on historical experience and the application results of grass-roots units to make technological transformation and repair decisions and distribution, which is difficult to accurately grasp or predict the scale of future technological transformation projects, and cannot effectively measure the matching situation between the investment scale and the scale and status of assets. Abstract

In recent years, with the change of the operating environment of power grid enterprises and the increasing investment in power grid construction, the stock of fixed assets of power grid enterprises has been greatly increased, and the technical transformation expenditure of fixed assets shows a trend of increasing year by year. 基于设备报废时间概率统计分析的一次设备技改投资需求计量方法研究
近年来,随着电网企业经营环境的变化和电网建设投资的加大,电网企业固定资产存量大幅增加,固定资产技改支出呈现逐年增加的趋势。电网一次设备是维持和提高电网企业生产能力的重要物质保障,在电网企业总资产中占有较大比重。其中,技术改造投资是影响企业经营成果和现金流的重要因素。国内电网企业大多依靠历史经验和基层单位的应用结果进行技改维修决策和分配,难以准确把握或预测未来技改项目的规模,也无法有效衡量投资规模与资产规模和状况的匹配情况。因此,开展电网一次设备技改投资需求的测算与研究,对提高电网企业资产运营与维和管理水平具有重要的现实意义。
