ANALYSIS AND INCREASE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE DERMATOVENEREOLOGICAL DISPENSARY ON THE BASIS STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL MODELING

Abstract

Инфекции, передающиеся половым путем, а также заболевания кожи являются социально-значимыми заболеваниями, поскольку их распространение в обществе представляет собой опасность для окружающих людей, а также отрицательно влияет на состояние здоровья всего общества. Именно из-за этого изучение деятельности кожно-венерологического диспансера является актуальной проблемой, которую необходимо донести до населения, так как работа диспансеров и обследование в них очень важны. В статье рассматривается организационная структура кожно-венерологического диспансера, анализируется его работа с помощью методологии IDEF0 и IDEF3, а также разрабатывается Telegram бот «Виртуальный помощник». При помощи организационной структуры объяснили, как функционирует организация, из каких подсистем состоит и как они взаимосвязаны. Для детального описания процессов, происходящих во время работы кожно-венерологического диспансера, использовали методологию IDEF0, построили общую модель и две модели декомпозиции основных блоков. Для определения последовательности процессов, происходящих в работе кожно-венерологического диспансера, использовали методологию IDEF3. Основной целью анализа работы кожно-венерологического диспансера является изучение его структуры, моделирование процессов, происходящих во время работы организации, а также на основании полученной информации разработка методов повышения эффективности деятельности Sexually transmitted infections, as well as skin diseases, are socially significant diseases, since their spread in society poses a danger to the people around them, and also negatively affects the state of health of the whole society. With the help of the organizational structure, they explained how the organization functions, what subsystems it consists of and how they are interconnected. To describe in detail the processes occurring during the operation of the skin-venereological dispensary, the IDEF0 methodology was used, a common model and two models of decomposition of the main blocks were built. To determine the sequence of processes occurring in the operation of the skin-venereological dispensary, the IDEF3 methodology was used. The main purpose of the analysis of the work of the skin-venereological dispensary is to study its structure, model the processes occurring during the work of the organization, as well as on the basis of the information received, develop methods for improving the efficiency of activities
