At the same time, it can attract more potential partners to actively seek cooperation, and continuously improve the core competitiveness and management capabilities of the enterprise. Firstly, the variables studied and related theories were sorted out through literature review, and the concept of consistency of innovation tendencies was initially defined. Abstract
