Information technologies in the hotel business (by the example of Petrozavodsk hotel)

Abstract

The article considers the role and possibilities of using modern information technologies in the hotel business. Based on the results of the analysis of the use of modern information technologies in the hotel enterprise of the Petrozavodsk city, recommendations were developed to overcome the problem of using information technologies in the hotel business.
