Abstract

The aspect of controls in the computer environment is essential but somewhat overlooked, if possible, in the field. Only when a breach of the systems is noted has the emphasis on controls been the concern in many companies. The responsibility of the systems design is to, not only design the system for the user, but to insure that the system cannot be subdued by others.
