Research on Multi-objective Course Scheduling Method in Colleges based on Epidemic Prevention and Control

Abstract

According to the characteristics of epidemic prevention and control, this paper puts forward a multi-objective college course scheduling method considering the distance factor. A multi-objective model is established by weighing the distance between teachers' activities, students' activities and the idle rate of the classroom. Breadth-First Search algorithm is used to improve the coding and population initialization of genetic algorithm, so as to minimize the movement distance between students and teachers in colleges. Through the experiment, this method can effectively reduce the flow of personnel while completing the course arrangement problem, and then reduce the risk of epidemic spread in colleges.
