This research was conducted at the Department of Support and Engineering Services (SES) PT Inco Tbk, Indonesia using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis to identify the factors affecting the performance of knowledge sharing among employees within the department of SES PT Inco Tbk, Indonesia. Abstract

This paper is intended to identify and analyze the dominant factors influencing knowledge sharing among the employees within the Department of Support and Engineering Services at PT Inco Tbk, Indonesia.
