This study intends to formulate a model of affiliation achievement motive and power motive on career commitment and employee performance where career commitment mediates. Abstract
Human behavior is influenced by three needs: achievement, affiliation, and power affiliation. In that regard, individual motivation encourages a person to achieve more results.
