Recent activities in antennas and propagation in Japan

Abstract

The fourth International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation (ISAP'89) will be held in Japan next Japanese activities in fields, several topics summer. For the purpose of introducing recent Japanese activities in these fields, several topics are described here. They are mainly represented in the Technical Community on Antennas and Propagation of IEICE, that is, the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers. The topics presented here are limited, and man other works have also been actively carried out. The radio telescopes at Nobeyama Radio Observatory are included in the technical tour of ISAP'89.
