Abstract
Since the release of its first microbolometric camera developed for terahertz (THz) wavelengths in 2009 [1], INO has been continually working to improve the quality of its THz images. This paper presents an overview of the evolution of INO’s THz imaging system, with a particular focus on the optical elements.
