This paper uses Web data mining technology to provide personalized services to the online preschool education and learning platform, to study the interests and learning habits of preschool children, to choose more needed resources for students, and to provide better services. The survey report shows that more than 50% of students use the online learning platform for more than one hour a day, and even 5% of students use the cloud platform to study for more than 3 hours a day. The survey report also shows that 92% of students’ parents are satisfied with the online learning platform, and 63% of them are very satisfied.
