Abstract

Abstract I recently had the opportunity to discuss zoning reform with council members of the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District, one of 13 regional planning agencies in Massachusetts. I had distributed another of Joel Russell's articles on zoning reform and found that the council members were very interested in the issue.
