In the past, beauty salon service robots have only fixed model hair introduction and mobile belt function, and the most important innovative concept of the robot developed in this paper is to achieve real-time use of the customer's own avatar to use different hairstyles, to achieve customers and hair stylists more accurate choice of suitable hairstyle effect. After questionnaire survey and analysis, it is found that beauty salons attach the most importance to the functional richness of service robots, and in the comparative analysis of functional preferences, it is found that providing customers with hair reference is the most important function in all positions. Abstract
