Abstract
The influence of the photovoltaic transducer temperature on the energy performance of a hybrid solar photovoltaic panel using cylindrical cogeneration photovoltaic modules cooled with liquid is investigated in the article. The dependencies of the efficiency and maximum power generated by the photovoltaic panel on the temperature of the photovoltaic transducer and the specific power of solar irradiation are obtained. It was found that with the 5-fold increase in the specific power of solar irradiation, the maximum current, voltage and power generated by the panel increase not proportionally, but by 3 times, 1.3 times and 4 times respectively, however, the efficiency of the panel decreases by 1.2 times. To determine the efficiency of the panel by calculations, the dependency of the temperature coefficient of the cylindrical photovoltaic transducer on its temperature is obtained, which allows to perform calculations with high accuracy.
