Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of job involvement, motivation, and work environment on employee performance in the Regional_Revenue_Agency of Semarang City. The number of respondents who became the sample in the study  were 101 employees_and based on the simple random sampling . The results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 22 program. 摘要本研究旨在探讨三宝垄市区域税务局工作投入、工作动机和工作环境对员工绩效的影响。在简单随机抽样的基础上,成为研究样本的受访者人数为101名员工。利用SPSS 22软件对研究结果进行多元线性回归分析。分析结果表明:(1)工作投入对员工绩效有正向显著的影响;(2)动机对员工绩效有正向显著的影响;(3)工作环境对员工绩效有正向显著的影响。关键词:工作投入,激励,工作环境,员工绩效
