Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze quality evaluation in the age of artificial intelligence services, and to present a plan. Preliminary quality evaluation items were derived through research on opinions of experts by researching various documents related to artificial intelligence and analyzing cases. Then, related experts were selected and research was conducted using the Delphi technique.
