ANALYSIS OF THE PTDM POSSIBILISTIC-TEMPORAL DATA MODEL DISCRIMINATOR IN COMPARISON WITH OTHER FUZZY TEMPORAL INFORMATION STORAGE AND PROCESSING MODELS

Abstract

The article analyzes models and approaches for storing and processing fuzzy temporal information, considers mathematical solutions and computational algorithms for executing complex-structured requests for processing fuzzy temporal data. Mathematical, algorithmic and software implementation of the PTDM possibilistic-temporal data model, generation of methods for processing fuzzy-temporal interaction between time points and/or intervals along with the implementation of the corresponding procedures and functions is provided. The results of a comparative analysis and formalization of the of the PTDM model discriminator in comparison to other approaches to storing and processing fuzzytemporal data are presented.
