Abstract

The limitation in the procedure of India’s postal service is that it takes additional operations and human work, making it harder and impossible to reduce costs and time. Weighing, sorting, and updating information are the laborious processes which could be more productive and cheaper when automated. A barcode scanner-based courier sorting system conveyor belt design using IoT has been proposed in this paper. Barcode scanning, weight estimation, and product tracking utilizing an IoT-powered conveyor system are the key goals of this work.
