Research Status and Trend of Organization Citizenship Behavior-Based on Knowledge map and Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract

Based on knowledge map and bibliometric analysis, this paper uses 1484 Chinese paper in the field of organizational citizenship behavior collected by China Knowledge Network database from 2000 to 2019 as samples, and uses Sati, Ucient and Citespace software for quantitative analysis. Price law, Lotka's law and Bradford's law analysis results show that the research in this field has not formed a core research author group, but a core journal group. In addition, the keyword clustering results also reflect the four main categories of research topics: antecedents, outcomes, dimensions, and behavioral types, while compulsory organizational citizenship behavior is the hot spot and frontier at present and in the future.
