Abstract
We summarize the implementation and experiment of the available bandwidth measurement algorithm (He et al. (2001)). Our experiment shows that, compared with other measurement techniques, this algorithm can achieve better performance, lower overhead and fast convergence. It can also self-adapt to any bandwidth and respond to resolution requirements.
