Abstract

We present the design of a dual-band slot antenna with high gain for wireless local area network (WLAN) covering the IEEE802.11a/b and IEEE802.116d/e standards. The antenna consists of a feed line with a complementary strip-slot pair and a parasitic slot-element and has a size of $57\times 40\ mm^{2}$.
