Abstract

Mobile based collaboration such as image tagging and video annotation has become a research hotspot for both academic groups and the industry. Mobile devices running with Google Android or Apples iOS have almost the same computing and multimedia capabilities as modern computers, which enables conducting regular collaborative activities on them.
