Digital Transformation Technologies of the Enterprises in the Electronic Industry of Russia

Abstract

in the context of the implementation of the main provisions of the Program for the development of the digital economy of Russia for 2018-2024 years, the selection of technologies for the digital transformation of enterprises in the electronic industry becomes essential. This paper provides an overview of the main digital transformation technologies, considers foreign experience in the implementation of digital transformation technologies for enterprises in the electronic industry, identifies and analyzes the main barriers to digital transformation of enterprises in the electronic industry of Russia, and suggests a model for choosing digital transformation technologies for an enterprise in the electronic industry, depending on the level of maturity of management processes, types of finished products and the level of competition in the market.
