Abstract
Heretofore, guided-wave six-port circuits have been used for network analysis at millimeter wavelengths. A development of an alternative quasi-optical circuit will be described which will provide greater facility at short millimeter to submillimeter wavelengths. It employs an analogue of a Michelon interferometer and near Gaussian-mode propagation.
