Abstract

With the development of distribution network and a large number of sensitive loads on the user side, it is an inevitable trend to consider the impact of voltage sag in the power grid planning stage. Aiming at the problem that the current voltage sag treatment is less considered from the power grid side, a joint planning model of distribution network frame and sensitive user location considering the impact of voltage sag is proposed. The model is solved based on BPSO (binary particle swarm optimization) algorithm, and the final planning result is obtained by TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution). 考虑电压暂降影响的配电网与敏感用户联合选址规划
