This sample group is selected simply because they will be IT managers in future and this paper has tried to find the rate of the understanding line between free e-learning websites and e-commerce and evaluate which challenges are faced by the managers to achieve their goals. Abstract

In this paper, the terms e-learning and e-commerce are introduced and companies that offer free online education are brought under focus.
