Abstract
Quartz crystal resonators are the core elements of frequency control in modern communication systems and network technology. In the processing of quartz crystal blanks, the choice of different grinding methods will result in blanks with different roughness. In this paper, we prepared four groups of quartz crystal blanks from the TXC production line with different surface roughness conditions, and it was verified that the surface roughness of blanks had a significant effect on the characteristics of resonators.
