Abstract

The authors continue to explore making design decisions in electronics. This article, devoted to counting, is the seventh in a series examining a range of electronic processing functions. The articles are intended to help develop a critical approach to design evaluation, by examining the advantages and disadvantages of specific design decisions,along with possile alternatives.
