Abstract

Being aware of the fundamental impact of the transition from analogue to digital media, libraries have to redefine their tasks and positions in a digital environment. Change management has become one of the essential necessities for libraries. It is not enough to wait for what the future will bring us, or to have dreams about it, but it is crucial to actively develop precise plans and models about our future tasks and services.
