Abstract

In the present paper, a description of the developed and operated Er:YAG laser system delivering output pulses of several microseconds in duration and energy up to 10 mJ is presented. The system, being simple and cost-effective solution to the above problem, is composed of the master oscillator and the one-stage single-pass amplifier.
