ANTI-REFLEKTIVE COATING FOR THE VISIBLE AND INFRARED REGIONS OF THE SPECTRUM ON METALL SURFACES

Abstract

This work describes synthesized antireflection coatings on metal surfaces in the visible and infrared spectral ranges of 0.35-0.80 μm and 5-15 μm. The coatings use metal and dielectric films with a total number of layers from 3 to 7. Reflection from metal surfaces is reduced tenfold.
