Abstract

A new four-dimensional nonlinear plant exhibiting double-scroll hyperchaotic oscillator is reported in this work. Qualitative dynamical properties shedding more light on the complex hyperchaos in the dynamical texture of the nonlinear plant are displayed with rest points and bifurcation analysis. The new hyperchaotic dynamical system has a unique rest point at the origin, which is hyperbolic and saddle. Also, a MultiSIM realization of the nonlinear plant with double-scroll hyperchaotic oscillator is built for checking the practical implementation of the hyperchaotic dynamical model announced in this work.
