Some Challenges in Creating of Tactile Sensor Network in Internet Environment

Abstract

Over the past few decades, tactile image recognition systems are increasingly being used. One of the modern trends is the realization of systems that provide tactile information through the Internet. The current article discusses problems with the transmission of tactile data in the Internet environment. In connection with this aim, an experiment based on Arduino Microcontroller Board as communication device was conducted. The presented results are part of a tactile image recognition system which is currently under development.
