Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Makassar dimana diperoleh nilai thitung 3,678 > ttabel 1,66757 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Motivasi dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Makassar dimana diperoleh nilai fhitung 49,536 > ftabel 3,982 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. \n \nThis study aims to (a) to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of PDAM Makassar City employees (b) to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of PDAM Makassar City employees (c) to determine motivation and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the performance of PDAM Makassar City employees. \nThe research sample consisted of 68 respondents who were employees of PDAM Makassar Makassar City. Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (a) untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Makassar (b) untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Makassar (c) untuk mengetahui motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PDAM Kota Makassar.
