Abstract
Between August 2015 and January 2016, 77 volunteer students from the Center for Higher Technical Education of the National University of Trujillo (CESTUN) were evaluated with prior informed consent, in order to determine the phenotypic frequency of ABO blood groups and factor Rh (D), by the sheet method, using monoclonal antibodies to identify the ABO blood group and Rh (D) factor. The results in relation to the distribution by technical career and sex of the CESTUNT students, show that the highest phenotypic frequency is for blood group O and Rh (D) + factor.
