Abstract

This paper presents a new approach and design model targeting hybrid designer- and operator-defined performance budgets for timing and energy consumption. The approach is based on Petri Nets formalism. As the cognitive load is typically high while using formal methods, this increases the chances of mistakes. Our approach is focused on the readability aspects and aims to decrease the cognitive load of developers.
