Al-Imam Al-Qurtubi’s preferences in his book Al-Mufhim for what is problematic in summarizing Muslim’s book of Qasama - A Rhetorical Study-

Abstract

This study includes an introduction, a preface, and five demands. The preface was in introducing Imam al-Qurtubi (may Allah have mercy on him).The first section was in the testimony of one witness to the wound. In it, Imentioned the sayings of the jurists and their evidence, indicating the correct opinion. The second section was the increase in faith over fifty. Al-Qasama has clarified the sayings of the jurists and their evidence and discussed them The most correct opinion. The third section of establishing retribution By Qasama, it showed the sayings of the jurists and their evidence, and discussed them The most correct opinion. The most correct one is according to the strength of the evidence, and then the study is concluded by a conclusion and references.
