Abstract

The emergency disaster event occur suddenly and need support urgently, the time request of the military logistics is urgent. As the transportation system is influenced by uncertain factors, its military logistics system has obvious grey characteristic. This article has built one new grey critical path model using the grey system theory by uniting the standard grey number and the operational rule with the classic critical path-method. 基于不确定信息的救灾军事后勤最优配送选择问题研究
紧急灾害事件发生突然,急需支援,军事后勤的时间要求十分紧迫。由于运输系统受不确定因素的影响,其军事物流系统具有明显的灰色特征。本文利用灰色系统理论,将标准灰数和操作规则与经典关键路径法相结合,建立了一种新的灰色关键路径模型。研究表明,该模型能够有效地区分关键路径的异质性,提高关键路径的确定精度,有利于优化资源配置。通过实例分析,验证了该模型的有效性,提高了基于不确定信息的关键路径选择方法的有效性。
