Sistemas de Trabalho de Alto Envolvimento (STAE) sobre a perspectiva da Dimensão Soft da gestão estratégica de pessoas: análise de conteúdo de 2000 a 2012

Abstract

This article aims to compare the variables that make up the High Involvement Work Systems (Ciavarella, 2003) with the strategies "Hard" and "Soft" (LEGGE, 1995) and Control and Commitment (Walton, 1985), suggesting a analysis model that encourages further investigations of these systems. The study showed that one can perform theoretically a comparison between the investigated variables, however, there is a need for quantitative research, that measure the correlations needed to validate the model analysis. A content analysis of publications ANPAD 2000-2012 revealed few studies, indicating the need for studies on these systems.
