Abstract

To grow the photopolymerized C60 films the approach which consists of simultaneously deposition of films and irradiation of them by UV‐VIS was developed. The films were characterized by Raman and IR spectroscopy. Efficiency of the new approach, in comparison with the method of deposition followed with irradiation has been demonstrated.
