Abstract
We demonstrate the operation of a thermally tunable coupled-resonator-induced transparency system on a germanium-on-insulator photonic platform working at a mid-infrared wavelength of approximately 1.95 μm. A maximum coupling rate of 1.25 GHz is realized between the two evanescently coupled microring resonators.
