Abstract
Identical refugee crisis initiated from 1947 after the biliteral partition based on
religion, ethnicity & willingness named Mohajir still being a non-predictable question to
developing countries leader. Based on recent perspective unknown & unpredictable
rehabilitation procedures developed by the Government of Bangladesh established many
unanswered historical questions. Before rehabilitation, basic human rights & biliteral benefits
like subsidized quota should be an inclusive perspective towards solving the migrant issues
rather than rehabilitation and patronization.
