In this system, modular structure and scalable design concept is adopted. A data acquisition cell (DAQ Cell) integrates 16 VA140 chips processing 512 detector channels and numbers of DAQ Cells can be assembled and tailored to meet the needs of different scale requirements. The system based on VA140 has been assembled and tested with the MPGD detectors. Test results indicate that the INL of the VA140 based readout system is better than 1.5%, the equivalent noise charge is about 0.75 fC and 0.15 fC, with and without connecting to the detectors. The integration test results show that the VA140 based readout system works well with the MPGD detectors.
