Abstract

Security Council Resolution No. 1325 constitutes the first protection for women at the international level by empowering women after conflict to achieve peace and societal security, as well as laying the groundwork for protecting women from violence. Early warning represents a set of precautionary measures that are taken before violence against women occurs and educate them about their rights. Therefore, it is necessary to work on setting clear international and regional mechanisms to reduce the phenomenon of violence against women during conflicts and even during peace, whether in the form of international bodies or bodies at the regional and national levels, and intensifying efforts aimed at achieving gender equality in order to create a safe environment for women The necessity of using modern technology to confront sexual harassment, assisting victims to report, and providing legal support to battered women in case of reporting violence
